Big Girl Pants is a breast cancer care fundraiser, working in partnership with the UHNM charity (registered charity number 1054889)
By purchasing a ticket to the Strategi Solutions Group Ltd ‘Big Girl Pants Ball’, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Tickets are available to purchase at £950 (plus VAT) for a table of up to 10 people. Once purchased tickets are non-refundable.
2. Tickets are transferrable. You must notify Strategi Solutions Group Ltd immediately if you plan to transfer your tickets to another person, as we will need their details.
3. If the event is cancelled or postponed, purchased tickets will be automatically transferred to the new date.
4. If you are unable to attend the event through no fault of ours, we are unable to issue a refund.
1. If Strategi Solutions Group Ltd has to cancel the Big Girl Pants Ball, our liability in the event of cancellation is limited to a full refund of the ticket price only. Refunds shall only be made to the person who purchased the tickets, and when possible be made using the same method as was used to purchase the tickets, except, at our discretion, where a payment was made by cash or bank transfer.
2. We aim to ensure commencement of the event; however, should a decision be necessary to postpone or cancel the event, participants are encouraged to look for updates via the Big Girl Pants website and social channels.
3. The menu will be confirmed 8 weeks before the event along with details on how to confirm dietary requirements. Names of all guests along with individual dietary requirements will be required 28 days prior to the event.
4. We will not refund any travel or hotel costs associated with the cancellations of the event.
5. Strategi Solutions Group Ltd is unable to accept liability for any injury, loss or damage, however arising, or for cancellation of the event for any reasons outside our control.
6. You must be 18 years of age one day prior to the date of the event.
7. All attendees confirm that they are happy for their names and any footage or photographs taken during the event to be used to publicise or report on the fundraising ball. Should special dispensation be required, it is the responsibility of the attendees to inform Strategi Solutions Group Ltd of such requirements.
8. Attendees must comply with all relevant statues, safety announcements and venue regulations. If ticket holder have any special requirements or concerns about any specials effects that may be featured at the Big Girl Pants Ball, prior notice should be provided when ordering tickets. Special effect s may include, without limitation, sound, audio visual or lighting effects.
9. Strategi Solutions Group Ltd understands that visitors may be concerned about the information they provide and the use of such information. Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, retention and disclosure of personal information gathered and you can view our Privacy Policy here.
10. Strategi Solutions Group Ltd reserves the right to update its terms and conditions in relation to the ‘Big Girl Pants Ball’ at any time prior to the event.
