- 9.30am: Arrival for a warm welcome with tea and coffee

- 12.45pm – 1.30pm: Indulge in a delicious buffet lunch to refuel and mingle with fellow participants
- 1.30pm – 3pm: Explore and shop from a variety of local craft and accessory stalls, perfect for finding unique Christmas gifts
- Enjoy our Christmas raffle, with exciting prizes up for grabs
